In June Abby obtained her drivers license! Here are some pictures of her birthday celebration.

We had a fox in the yard and it was then that we learned that they like blueberries. The fox is somewhat difficult to see but if you look in the picture below start at the road sign and follow down the picture to the sawdust in the first row of blueberries you will see the red head and ears with the blacked stripped tail.

This year, although not a record setter, was a good year for berries and here are some waiting to be sorted and washed before going to the freezer. If the fox eating blueberries was not bad enough Troy saw a rabbit raise up on its back legs and nibble down a few blueberries. We had a bird nest in one of the outer rows and the parents kept going after the pickers.

Troy was able to attend a baby dedication service in Fort Collins, CO. It was for the child of a family friend from Southside.

Afterwards, they shared lunch with some friends and family. It was a special Sabbath indeed.

When Troy was home we had a special biscuits and gray meal where we cooked the biscuits in the waffle maker. It was a little different but still very tasty.
