We started July with Youth Sabbath. Here are some pictures our young people.

Our cat Sparkle is not doing well. Elizabeth and Ann have been feeding him with a spoon to get him to eat. Even when we took him outside he does not get up and move around, even when his sister walks so close taunting him.

We enjoyed Indepence Day at by staying in and we had some homemade ice cream. It is nice to have the convienence of an electric ice cream freezer.

We caught another raccoon in the berry patch and it is about to move to a local conservation area.

Our church held a graduation acknowledgmentand here are some pictures of our graduates.

Here are some pictures of flowers and some of their insect visitors. You will notice on the potted tree that there are tiny ants marching around it as they are sending off their new queens and drones.

We made a visit to Osceola and met a new cat that Troy's mom had picked up from the pound. She had gone there to get a dog but this cat reached out to her and she ended up with a cat instead. We are not sure if it has a name and Marti was not sure if it was a boy or a girl.

Our beloved cat Sparkle passed away. We will miss him very much. This is a link to his memorial page .

Before Jerry passed away he was insistent that Troy go with his mom to her memory doctor appointment in April. She cancelled that appointment when they called to remind her a few days before but Troy was able to get it rescheduled for July. Troy went with his mom to her memory doctor appointment and got a better idea of her health challenges. Turns out she had been hiding a serious health condition but now at least we can work together to manage her treatment and care.

While Troy was working in Litchfield he walked in the evenings. Here are some pictures of teasle that he took.

Here are some sunset pictures we took looking over our neighbor's field. This would have been impossible before becasue the field was so overgrown.

Troy took these sunset pictures while he was at Litchfield.

Troy was working in Litchfield and he was in the office alone. Someone in another office was talking with him on Teams and recognized something was wrong. Troy drove to the local hospital and turns out he was having a stroke. He was in the hospital over the weekend and is recovering. He came home and started working a little continuing his recovery.
