Church in Puerto Rico August 2012

Troy was a little unsure what options he would have for church. When he did some research it turned out that there was an English speaking Seventh-day Adventist church very close to his hotel.

Troy sat more toward the back of the church than where he usually sits at his home church. The building was brightly colored and these were the people who were still left after lunch. Troy was considering going across the island after lunch with a group from church but there were far to many people (more than 40) for the church van. As he was about to head back to his hotel there was a loud noise that came from between the church and his hotel. Troy thought it was a gunshot but some people from church said it was just a tire but then there was another one. Troy waited for a while before walking back to the hotel without incident.
