Cold and Snowy January 2014

During January, we had the "big snow" of almost 11 inches, and the "big cold" of 17 degrees below zero while Troy was in Detroit for work. Abby and Ann had shoveled the hill on the driveway and where there was a big drift to be able to get the car out. They were just ready to start on the end of the driveway where the snow plows had piled snow, when the neighbor, Gary came and plowed the driveway for us with his tractor. Thank you Gary!

This is Abby shoveling a path for the dog to use for going potty - instead of on the porch!

This is Beth shoveling an "interstate". When you don't have any good sledding hills, I guess an "interstate" for your sister and mom to pull you on the sled is the next best thing.
