Abby made some yummy cookies.

Elizabeth was working on a blanket making squares and laying them out in various patterns to see how many more she needed to make.

In March we went to Michigan for Hannah's wedding. Abby helped Ann drive up and Troy flew to Grand Rapids from Michigan. Ted picked him up from the hotel near the airport and brought him to the hotel in Hastings. We went out for supper at the Mexican restaurant across the street from the hotel then visited at Ted and Sarah's house. Holly liked Troy and snuggled up with him.

On Friday, it was snowing when we visited with Lynell, Grandma Soya and Uncle Jerry and we had a gift exchange..

We enjoyed reading Grandpa and Grandma Soya's histories. It was also St. Patrick's day and we were serenaded by the Scottish bagpipe player outside Mexican Connection playing the Star Wars Theme...

We enjoyed a Sabbath afternoon walk at the Pierce Creek Institute. It was brisk and we only had our tennis shoes so our feet got a little wet walking through the sleet that was just starting to melt. Tyler enjoyed begin outside but he took a nap as soon as we got back to Grandma Soya's house. We saw a hornets nest that had fallen on the ground too.

When it was time to come back there was barely enough room in the vehicle and we tested our ability to pack efficiently..

Troy went to a model train show and took some pictures there. The prices for some of those engines are really getting high.

Someone doesn't know marking things with radioactive stickers is a big no-no.
